Invacare tracer IV wheelchairs are good quality wheelchairs from Invacare and are relatively low priced compare to other manufacturers brand and quality. They generally do not come with the legrest or footrest though some dealers include them in their pricing. The image shows the front riggings and the description provided by most dealers also mention front riggings  (legrest or footrest) as accessories which actually means it does not come with it so do not be confused by that description if you are unsure then call the dealer to confirm and make sure they email you that confirmation too.
